As September comes to a close, we find ourselves in the gentle transition between seasons.

Summer slowly releases its hold. Schedules fill, organizations turn toward fall priorities, families begin looking ahead to the holidays, and a familiar chill returns to the air. Around us, the season is changing, inviting us to notice not only what is shifting in the world around us, but also what may be changing within us.

And for many people, grief begins to make itself known in different ways.

Sometimes it reveals itself at work through exhaustion, withdrawal, difficulty concentrating, or a noticeable shift in engagement.

At home, it may surface in the quiet realization that another holiday season is approaching without someone we love.

And much like the metamorphosis of grief, it reminds us that while life has continued to unfold, something meaningful has changed, and we have changed with it.

At Precious Hope Healing and Support (PH2S), September is an invitation to make room for those realities before the season becomes even fuller.

Navigating Grief Through the Holidays

The holidays can awaken cherished memories, changing traditions, and emotions we may not expect. This fall, PH2S is offering a six session virtual Holiday Grief Group, creating a compassionate space to acknowledge what has changed, honor what remains meaningful, and navigate the season with greater understanding, connection, healing, and hope.

Six Virtual Sessions | 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. CT
Tuesdays, October 6, 13, 20, and 27
Thursdays, November 12 and 19

The $150 investment supports your complete six session experience and includes participant materials and guided, compassionate facilitation throughout the journey.

Registration closes Friday, October 2. Space is intentionally limited to support a meaningful and connected group experience.

PH2S is continuing to develop When Grief Comes to Work, a leadership focused experience designed to help organizations recognize and respond to grief before it becomes disengagement, burnout, isolation, or silence.

The conversation begins with a question: What would change in our workplaces if leaders were equipped to recognize grief before it becomes disengagement, burnout, or silence?

When grief comes to work, the goal is not to eliminate it. The goal is to help team members respond to it with greater awareness, appropriate language, healthy boundaries, and compassion.
