Gratitude for the Quiet Helpers
Some people were a railing for us in a season we could not stand up straight.
They did not fix everything. They just helped us keep our footing.
This week, Iām honoring the quiet helpers. The ones who made a hard hour feel survivable. The ones who offered steadiness when my insides felt shaky. The ones who checked in without needing a polished update. The ones who covered me in prayer, in patience, in presence.
Gratitude is not a spotlight. It is a witness. It says, I remember what you did. I remember how you stayed.
If you can, take five minutes and write one name down. Then write one line. Not a paragraph. Just the truth.
And if no name comes easily, begin with God. Thank Him for the strength that showed up in the middle of the mess. For the mercy that met you on an ordinary Tuesday. For the breath you are still breathing.
May we become that kind of support for someone else. Not loud. Not perfect. Just faithful.
